Yahoo members who want to join the WWFTC Group ...

I want abbreviated, text instructions on how to create a Yahoo account AND register for the WWFTC Group.

I want instructions and graphics on how to create a Yahoo account AND register for the WWFTC Group. I understand this is a LARGE file (2.1 MB) and not suitable for dial-up or slow Internet connections.

PRINT THESE INSTRUCTIONS TO HAVE IN FRONT OF YOU, BEFORE YOU GO TO THE YAHOO SITE!

Go to: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/wwftc and click the button labeled "Join This Group."

Verify that your preferred (i.e., your Yahoo) email address is selected (the black dot is next to it). Enter the Yahoo Code into the box and click the button labeled "Join."

Congratulations, that is all you need to do to join the group. You do NOT need the Yahoo toolbar. Click on the box with the check mark next to the "(Optional) Install..." text to decline the toolbar and then click the button labeled "Continue."

You are finished. You will receive email announcements regarding upcoming WWFTC events. Feel free to explore some of the resources that are available on this site and make suggestions and submit material at the meetings.

These instructions are for members who already have (and use) a Yahoo.com email address; who have paid their annual $5 dues to the WWFTC; and want to join the WWFTC Group.
